Classes will be delivered by Reform Studio and N11, with the full Pilates area kitted out by Northern Gym Equipment.

Our calisthenics area brings bodyweight training onto the floor with live demonstrations, workshops and opportunities to have a go yourself. Brought to you by Newcastle Calisthenics.
