FPX Live is taking over Boiler Shop for a full day of fitness, training, Pilates, masterclasses, talks, brands, food, music, giveaways and live experiences.
We created FPX Live to bring fitness into the real world. A place to train, learn, meet people, discover new brands, try something different and spend the day around people who are into fitness at every level.
And when we say every level, we mean it.
You don’t need to be an athlete, PT, creator or someone who lives in the gym. There are beginner-friendly sessions, advanced challenges, Pilates, family classes and plenty happening around the venue if you’d rather watch, eat, listen and explore.
What's happening
-
Live Workouts
Expect a mix of accessible sessions and more challenging workouts throughout the day, so you can get involved at the level that suits you.
-
Pilates
Classes will be delivered by Reform Studio and N11, with the full Pilates area kitted out by Northern Gym Equipment.
-
Calisthenics
Our calisthenics area brings bodyweight training onto the floor with live demonstrations, workshops and opportunities to have a go yourself. Brought to you by Newcastle Calisthenics.
-
Masterclasses
Throughout the day, coaches and specialists will be delivering practical skills sessions focused on things you can actually take away and use.
