If your Instagram stories feel random, you are leaving trust and sales on the table. Your stories should follow a weekly structure, not just whatever comes to mind.

Here is a weekly plan to follow..

Monday: Authority
Teach something useful.
Break a common fitness myth.
Explain why clients struggle.
Show how you assess or programme training.

The goal is for people to think this coach knows what they are doing.

Tuesday: Proof
Show real results.
Client wins, scale or non scale.
Progress photos.
Testimonials or messages.

The goal is for people to believe this actually works.

Wednesday: Connection
Be human.
Share your routine.
Talk about a struggle you have overcome.
Explain your values as a coach.

The goal is for people to relate to you.

Thursday: Process
Show behind the scenes.
How you coach clients.
Check ins, form reviews or programming.
Your thought process as a coach.

The goal is for people to see that this is different from what they have tried before.

Friday: Problem awareness
Call out pain points.
Why people stay stuck.
Common mistakes you see.
What is really holding people back.

The goal is for people to feel like you are talking directly to them.

Weekend: Soft sell
Who your coaching is for.
What happens when someone applies.
Answer common questions in your stories.

The goal is for people to feel ready to take the next step.

Unlike your reel posts, your stories do not need high quality edits. People resonate more with real life than polished content. Film in real time, straight from the Instagram app as it helps with extra reach in the algorithm.

And avoid resharing your own posts to your story.
It often kills the reach on the original post rather than helping it.

You do not need to sell every day. You need to build trust daily to make the sale easier down the line.

Save this in your notes!
